DuoCircle is now offering **24×7 phone support**. We have clients all over the world that need 24 hour support, 7 days a week. This change allows us to be there for them when they need assistance. Now, when you are working after hours, or happen to be in a different time zone, and have a question about DuoCircle you can reach a live person by phone, email or chat.

**Why Is This Important?**

We know when using any type of cloud services, great customer service is essential. Email is a mission critical business services and any disruption can impact hundreds or thousands of people. When the IT team or business owners have problems they need to have a person available to answer their questions.

At DuoCircle, we recognize how important 24/7 customer service is and are delivering on this need. We added this feature a few months ago, but we are finally ready to announce the availiblity for everyone.

As the sun rises on each country of the world, tickets and support requests ramp up. Our goal is to resolve each and every request withing a few hours and to escalate to engineering when appropriate.
