DuoCircle's email protection products are built for **Microsoft 365, Exchange, and on-premise** environments. We're not the right fit for Google Workspace customers; Google's built-in protection is genuinely strong on Workspace, and we don't think we add enough on top to justify the spend. Tier-one procurement

If your organization explicitly requires a Proofpoint, Mimecast, or Valimail-tier vendor commit, DuoCircle is not structured for that engagement model. Buy what your CISO has bought into.

Bundle math

If you're buying multiple products from the same leader (Sophos endpoint plus email plus network plus cloud) and the bundle pricing is meaningfully better than buying each focused product separately, the leader's bundle wins on math alone.

Ecosystem requirements

If you have a hard integration requirement that maps to a specific leader's partnership ecosystem and no equivalent exists, that's a binding constraint.

Google Workspace

For spam and phishing specifically. Google's built-in is strong; we're not the right fit there. DMARC Report and AutoSPF still apply on Workspace.
