# SpamSentinel License Agreement (v1, archived)

### **License Agreement for SpamSentinel / Verisend / Inbox Genius by DuoCircle LLC**

**PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING**

By checking “I agree” and completing the installation, you accept all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, select “Cancel” to exit installation.

1. **LICENSE GRANT**

DuoCircle LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SpamSentinel / Verisend / Inbox Genius to the license type you purchased:

- **Per User**: For use by the specific number of authorized users as specified in your license purchase agreement
- **Per Domain**: For filtering emails for the specific domains as specified in your license purchase agreement
1. **PERMITTED USES**
- Make one backup copy with all original notices intact
- Use for filtering emails only for the specific number of users and/or domains specified in your license purchase agreement
- Transfer to replacement hardware with prior written consent
1. **LIMITATIONS**
- No unauthorized copying or distribution
- No modification, reverse engineering, or derivative works
- No renting or leasing the software to others
- No exceeding the licensed number of users or domains specified in your license purchase agreement
- Software contains proprietary information that must be protected
1. **WARRANTY**
- 90-day limited warranty covers defects in materials and substantial conformance to specifications
- Exclusive remedy is repair, replacement, or refund
- Software is otherwise provided “AS IS”
1. **DISCLAIMER**
- No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
- No liability for lost revenue, profit, or data
- Liability limited to purchase price
1. **LICENSE COMPLIANCE**
- DuoCircle LLC reserves the right to audit usage to verify compliance with licensed user and domain limits
- Exceeding licensed limits requires immediate purchase of additional licenses
- Failure to comply may result in termination of service
