The absence of any mark from this list does not constitute a waiver of any DuoCircle intellectual property right. - DuoCircle and the DuoCircle logo - AutoSPF and the AutoSPF logo - DMARC Report and the DMARC Report logo - Phish Protection by DuoCircle and the Phish Protection logo - Outbound SMTP and the Outbound SMTP logo - Mail Flow Monitoring and the Mail Flow Monitoring logo - Tenant Migration and the Tenant Migration logo - Alumni Forwarding and the Alumni Forwarding logo - NuReply and the NuReply logo - InboxIssue and the InboxIssue logo - SpamSentinel, Verisend, and Inbox Genius and the corresponding product marks ## Permitted use You may refer to DuoCircle and our products by name in editorial, comparative, or analytical writing without prior written permission, on the conditions that: - You use the marks accurately, in their correct form, and in plain text or with properly licensed logo files - You do not imply DuoCircle’s endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with your product or service - You do not use a DuoCircle mark in a way that creates a likelihood of confusion with your own brand or with a third party’s brand - You do not use a DuoCircle mark in a way that disparages DuoCircle, its customers, or its products ## Use that requires permission Logo use in marketing materials, packaging, third-party product UI, partner badges, case studies, books, white papers, training courses, conference materials, and merchandise requires prior written permission.
