As part of our platform upgrade we are now providing access to your message logs for Email Gateway, Email Forwarding, Email Backup and Outbound SMTP
This allow the account administrator the tools and insight to verify the service is working as intended or to debug message delivery issues. By allow a greater level of transparency for our customers you’ll be able to review the logs for their mail that is being processed by our service. (more…)

On March 1st we brough the spam filtering servers located in the EU (Frankfurt) online. This means that we’ll have greater capacity and redundancy for your mail, you can read our entire post about our multi zone spam filtering approach.

What can you do when your cloud hosting provider leaves you stranded with an outage?
Today Microsoft acknowledged that Office 365 is experiencing a European outage, this is the second time in three months Office 365 has been inaccessible for an extended period of time.
We care about your data privacy and security as well as creating the most redundant network possible for your Spam Filtering needs.
We feel that one way to ensure that our network is as robust as possible is to have servers in multiple data centers around the globe. So that if there are any regional or local connectivity problems that the network will be self healing and your mail will continue to flow. To this end we have build out a point of presence in the Amazon Frankfurt Germany data center because it provides not only geographic diversity but also allows our customers in the EU a filtering option that keeps their mail within the boundaries of the European Union.
Commencing Monday February 15th the spam filtering system for selected Nettica customers will be upgraded. We initially notified you of this change on October 30th, this is a follow up message.

We have learned a lot in the past few months by listening to your needs and trying to address them. We have just added a new feature to the admin portal, and it is the ability to select a threshold for your inbound spam filtering. Depending on your business needs you can set the threshold to either low, medium or high and our system will then apply a different set of rules and thresholds to your mail. (more…)
